For one of our clients, we are looking for a Web3 Marketing Manager, remotely from Bangkok, Thailand.
As a Web3 Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building and executing community marketing strategies to engage developers and grow an informed user base. You’ll craft campaigns to articulate the company’s value proposition and build a positive user experience across marketing channels. Additionally, you will focus on onboarding new users, ensuring smooth journeys, and driving retention with captivating campaigns that foster long-term relationships. This role will require you to create content, manage partnerships, and facilitate research to continuously improve and grow the community.
Accountabilities:
Develop and implement community marketing strategies to engage and retain developers.
Articulate the company’s value proposition via clear and impactful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Create and optimize onboarding processes to enhance new community members’ experiences.
Build content marketing strategies, including SEO, blog posts, social media, and community engagement activities.
Facilitate partnerships and collaborations with other community managers and stakeholders.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in community engagement or digital marketing, with at least 2 years in the crypto, blockchain, or Web3 space.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 concepts.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, marketing, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Proven experience in social media marketing and building strong online communities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
