Salary:
Pay starting at $16.38/hour
Paid training and equipment provided by Valvoline
Class Start date will be May 15th, 2023.
Must be willing to work 12 – 9pm, 1 – 10pm, and 2 – 11pm EST including weekends (2 days off during the week).
In our Customer Support Roles, you would be responsible for:

Delivering world-class service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone

Quoting prives for services offered by the retail locations and their partners.

Giving information regarding stores and services to customers

Assess customers needs and requirements to help drive them into our stores

Taking back to back calls for a full 8 hour shift

Thriving in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

Maintaining customer relationships

Using proprietary software programs to track calls

Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues

Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers

Remote position requires stable high speed internet and ability to hard wire directly to router

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience

AS or BS degree a plus

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Team oriented

Ability to connect to modem/ interenet

Flexibility to work late shift and weekends

Excellent verbal skills
