PHP Tech Lead at BairesDev
Join as a PHP Tech Lead, guiding the technical direction of PHP development projects. With your extensive knowledge of PHP and web development, youll lead a team of developers in crafting highperformance web applications, setting high standards for innovation and technical excellence in PHP development.
What you will do
Define the technical direction and strategy for PHP development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead and manage a team of PHP developers, setting clear objectives and promoting professional growth.
Oversee the entire development lifecycle of PHP applications, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on PHP and related technologies.
Stay at the forefront of PHP development trends, evaluating and implementing cuttingedge technologies and methodologies.
Facilitate communication between the PHP development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success.
What we are looking for
7 years of experience with PHP.
Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
Indepth knowledge of Design Patterns.
Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge.
Strong experience in application security best practices.
Proven track record in developing and integrating largescale applications.
Expertise in both backend and frontend development areas.
Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CICD pipelines.
Expert understanding of clients requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
Advanced knowledge of the tradeoffs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions.
Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decisionmaking, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
Advanced level of English.
