Job Description:
As a Workato Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations between healthcare and logistics platforms using Workato. You will work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and stakeholders to automate workflows, improve data flow, and ensure seamless system integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain integration flows using Workato in a complex healthcare and logistics environment.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and workflows.
Design and optimize automation workflows to streamline processes across healthcare and logistics systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workato integrations and workflows.
Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity throughout all integration processes.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of integration flows, configurations, and processes.
Test, validate, and deploy Workato integrations ensuring minimal downtime and seamless user experiences.
Monitor performance, optimize integration flows, and provide proactive maintenance and improvements.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on Workato best practices.
Requirements:
English Communication: Good
2+ years of experience working with Workato for automation and integration in complex ecosystems (experience with both basic and advanced features).
Proficiency in developing workflows and automation using Workato across various applications (SAP, SALESFORCE,Microsoft 365).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, SOAP, and integration protocols.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, or GCP) and data security best practices.
Knowledge of healthcare-specific data formats and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).
Understanding of logistics systems and processes, including order management and supply chain workflows.
Familiarity with SQL(Postgres) and database integrations
