Bilingual Property Management Assistant
We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will assist our property managers in various administrative tasks, tenant communications, and ensuring efficient property operations.
Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to property managers, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Communicate with tenants and prospective tenants in both English and Spanish, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and contractors as needed.
Assist in the leasing process, including showing properties to prospective tenants and processing lease agreements.
Utilize rent manager software or similar property management software to maintain accurate records of leases, rent payments, and maintenance activities.
Assist with financial tasks such as rent collection, invoicing, and budget tracking.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with “Rent manager” software or other property management software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Work hours: 9am to 5pm EST
Full time, Monday through Friday.
