Key Responsibilities
Technical Analysis & Development:
Analyze the technical impact of functional requirements
Challenge and refine functional needs in line with existing system constraints
Optimize the technical stack and propose innovations to industrialize development processes
Design and develop unit and integration tests
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (e.g., technical specifications, implementation processes)
Ensure timely correction of bugs and implementation of user-requested enhancement
Agile Methodology & Quality Assurance:
Work within Agile (SAFe/Scrum) frameworks to deliver incremental value
Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to manage tasks and document work
Collaboration & Soft Skills:
Demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and oral).
Exhibit initiative, rigor, analytical thinking, and a sense of synthesis.
Be a force of proposal within the team and to the client.
