ABOUT THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Ovoko’s presence in the French automotive industry and the used car parts market. You will focus on the biggest B2B buyers in one of the most important Ovoko markets – France, where we helped to give a second life to more than 650 thousand reused car parts within the last year. But opportunities are tens of times bigger than this.
Based in Vilnius, this role will help to unlock growth by directly engaging with our TOP French clients (body shops, workshops, used car sellers, etc.). If you’re ready to drive growth, build partnerships, and bring innovation to the automotive sector, we want to hear from you.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Proactively manage relationships with French-speaking B2B buyers

Collect and share structured feedback from TOP clients

Qualify buyers’ potential and proactively upsell where applicable

Identify and onboard high-potential French B2B buyers (body shops, workshops, car garages, etc.)

Manage the entire sales cycle: outreach, qualification, onboarding, and first orders.

Guide clients through the platform’s value proposition and core workflows

Help drive GMV growth from France through commercial experiments

Help to test and scale key B2B company initiatives

Represent Ovoko in relevant French automotive business events and communities.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Native or fluent in French is a must

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, account management, or related fields

Hands-on and self-driven executor

Eagerness to build a new business area and a Go-To-Market approach

Great interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and collaboration via remote and face-to-face sales

Previous experience in the automotive business is a significant advantage

The capacity to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting to market changes as needed

The ability to think outside the box to sell a compelling vision and solution

The ability to travel to France and represent Ovoko in relevant French automotive business events and communities

Fluency in the written and spoken English language.

SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is 3700 – 4800 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
