The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and autonomous Senior B2B Sales Executive to take full ownership of the sales process. This is a crucial, full-time, remote offshore role for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in B2B services. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
This role requires a true rainmaker—someone with a proven track record of success in selling solutions, not just products. You must be a self-starter who is technologically adept and can build and execute a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Sales Management
Own the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to qualification and closing.
Cultivate new business and manage existing accounts within your assigned territory.
Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, including negotiations, proposals, and contract finalization.
Outreach & Technology
Execute robust outbound campaigns across multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social platforms like LinkedIn.
Utilize technology effectively for prospecting and campaign management, demonstrating proficiency with modern sales tools.
Client & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Represent our brand with professionalism, clarity, and a deep understanding of our services.
What You Bring
Experience:
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling services (not products).
Skills:
Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal.
Technologically proficient, with hands-on experience in prospecting, cold calling, and running outreach campaigns.
Proven ability to close business and manage a full sales lifecycle.
Work Structure:
Full-time, remote position (40 hours per week).
Must have a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with core business hours (9 am-5 pm) Monday to Friday.
